The staff that I worked with were great.They went above and beyond in helping me and making sure that what was ordered was appropriate.They even ordered two sets knowing that I might need an other one but thankfully the fist was satisfactory.Thank you all!!!

Everyone was great but one front office staff.He every time is rude and disrespectful.He has issues towards us for unknown reasons to us, he is very unpleasant, which makes uncomfortable for us.He needs to learn how to be unbiased toward the general clients and as helpful as possible not just blurt out responses he knows nothing about.Not front desk material if you ask me!

Ordered new tires, were delivered in less than 3 days. Did an oil change, mounted tires, and alignment for the exact price I was quoted. Took less than half the day and the staff were professional and friendly.

When had the transmission replaced in our vehicle. Ted Martinez and his team were very helpful from start to finish. They ordered the correct transmission, called us a few days later to tell us they had it and also made us an appointment for the installation. Transmission and labor was completed on schedule and came in under the estimated quote. Big O Tires of Silver City has always treated us and our vehicles with respect and has never let us down.

I had been told by another shop that my car needed an alignment.Needing to have my tires rotated, I took it to Big O and asked them to do the alignment at that time.When I went to pick it up, they told me that the alignment was fine and I was charged nothing for the visit!
