Big O Tires

I was really impressed with the prompt service I received with service. I placed a call and talked with Doug and told what I needed. He told to that they were a busy but that would get to my needs ASAP. When I took my vehicle in, I had the pleasure to talk to Ted Martinez and he promptly assisted me and he told me that it shouldn't take long. I told me that I needed to run some errands and if he would call me whenever my vehicle was ready. I figured it would be about four to five hours before I would get and call from him, about an hour or so later I received a call from Mr. Martinez that my vehicle was ready. I told him that as soon as I was able to get somebody to take me that I would pick it up. He told me not to worry that he would have somebody come for me and take me to go get my vehicle. Mr. Martinez went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. Mr. Martinez is and EXCELLENT example of an employee that is dedicated. Also, not to mentioned Doug he also was GREAT.

My spouse and I were visiting Silver City with our 5th wheel. It was time that the vehicle was serviced and I contacted Big O to have the oil changed and the steering components lubricated. Having a vehicle properly serviced when you are travelling is very important if you do not want to be stuck on the side of the highway broken down. Big O is known for doing good mechanical work besides tires.

Every time I go to Big O in Silver City, NM. I receive the most professional service. In the most recent visit, I was assisted by Ted, Ryan, and Mark they all went the extra mile to make sure my needs were met. I really appreciate it and Big O you have a very PROFESSIONAL Staff.

Did what they promised for the price promised

My warranted Michelin tire had a thorn through the side wall. That is not fixable. The had to order my new Michelin replacement and loaned me a comparable tire while they got it into the shop. The staff was helpful and considerate during the whole event. Ryan assured me I could return their tire at my convenience. I just wanted to show my appreciation by returning their tire a.s.a.p.

The staff was very friendly and professional! They answered every question we had and explained what they were did! The atmosphere was very inviting and it was a nice place to sit and wait while our vehicle was being serviced! Not to mention the pricing was outstanding a few hundred dollars cheaper than surrounding areas!!

We had a lift and and got new tires. There were some things that I was not completely satisfied with. I called in and they had me bring the car back. They totally made everything right. We got the tires we originally wanted with no charge. I was very satisfied with their willingness to make us feel like valued customers. Thank you!
