Service was good, but you're not acknowledged when you walk in. You just have to stand in line and wait your turn. This isn't Wal-mart. The personal service is missing.

I dropped off my car to get tire service and an alignment, my car was ready in about 2hrs which was great for me. And there was no cost to my tire service and I have a the year subscription for the alignment but they informed me my alignment was not that off. Front desk guy was also very friendly and accommodated me well.
