The staff were very polite and courteous and just really made you feel at home.

I've always come to Big O Tires for all my vehicles. Their customer service is the best in the city. I find the technicians there knowledgable and best of all, friendly. I also appreciate the fact that they'll take care of ANY of my tire emergencies without further charge.

We never are dissatisfied with the work they do for us. As a business we need quick service and you guys provide that every time.

Polite, friendly, explained service completed, problems found and fixed, accepted coupons received in mail.

The lady mgr is always very friendly and listens to the problems I’m having. She runs a great crew!

I was greeted and helped quickly. The staff person wrote down my car’s needs. The staff called to inform of need for a new battery and new windshield wipers. My car was completed in a quick manner and is running better.
