Been going to Big O Tires for about a year now and it is always a great experience. When I drop my car off for service it is always done in a timely matter. I came this last time to get a few things don’t and asked if they could check a concerning matter for me. They called me to update me about what they would recommend to fix that concerning matter and that my car would be ready shortly. Which I appreciate. What I love most is they always give you an estimate for future services you need and do not pressure you into purchasing services or products right then and there. I’ve had bad experiences with mechanics pressuring me to purchase products and services right then and there even when I’ve expressed I didn’t have the money to do so.

I use them each and every time I have tire or wheel issues or just plain shopping.

The people at Big O work their tail off for best customer service as well as workmanship, I was a discount tire fan but now I am solely a Big O. Can't wait until they open the second location closer to my home.
