I have had service and bought tires from Big O for many years. This time it was a brake check. I thought I needed new brakes after 95,000 miles, but they informed me I still had 50% life left. I appreciated their honesty and had them replace my brakes since I anticipated doing so. They always get me in asap and call with status and when I can pick up. Very professional.

We arrived at Big O Tires in Las Cruces with a tire to be repaired. The tire was not purchased from Big O and the nail in it was something we probably picked up in Arizona. It did not matter. Whitney assured us it would be done for free: "We will take care of you."� We were invited to check our email in the waiting room and before we had finished that task, the Big O boys had our tire fixed and back on our truck. The service here is fast and friendly and the price cannot be beat! Thank you.

I’m highly dissatisfied. My car was running just fine when I brought it in for a tire rotation. They said that I needed a break fluid exchange and fuel injection cleaner. I agreed to have that done. Afterwords my car wasn’t running good at all. It cut out on me 3 times after I left. Now they are telling me it needs a hose which they have to order. They said that there’s a crack in the hose. Now who knows how long it will take for the part to come in. I’ll never have them work on my car again other than a tire rotation. Im very mad !

Great staff. Reason I decided to bring my van for a new set of tires was simply because of this; couple of years ago my wife had a flat tire on her way from work. Bart, owner of Big O Las Cruces stopped without hesitation and helped her. He not only changed the tire but offered to for us to stop by his shop if we had any more issies with the car. She was so encouraged by his kind gesture. As a husband not being able to be there for her when she needed me was tough but I appreciated his kindness and vowed to use Big O for my next tire purchase. They also not only beat all the local tire shops' price but we had a great experience. Will see how these new Sumitomo Tired Drive ;)

Art, the Rep indicated the requested tires would take a day to arrive, when he called first thing the next day and said they were in. I arrived, and waited for a vehicle to be finished and I was promptly taken care of. Multiple techs worked on my truck and my down time was minimal. Thank you
