Big O Tires

Overall, the experience was ok. However, at no time was I informed an alignment check would automatically convert to an additional $86.00. No one ever told me that the check is free and that I'd have the option to have the work performed if I wanted, and that it would cost what it did. I took my car in at 7 am the day after I got the tires and waited about 1.5 hours only to be told I owe an additional amount. I think the correct way would have been for an employee to approach me and tell me the alignment is off slightly and for us to correct the alignment it is going to cost you $79.00 plus tax. No one did and I feel that is lousy business. I told a co-worker of what happened and he thought it was lousy business as well.

They didn’t have the tires in stock that I was interested in after scheduling an appointment. However, I asked if they carried a different brand off hand and the employee said they did but at the other warehouse. He picked up the tires for me and brought them over to be installed directly upon my scheduled appointment. The workers were very helpful and provided an excellent customer service overall. The service on my vehicle was done in a timely manner as well. Love my new tires!!!

Offered the free alignment, but my tires were NOT aligned and if were .. the free tire rotation was not done..

My experience with this particular location has always been a good 👍one.

I took my car in a couple months ago and got an oil change and they forgot 2 put my oil cap back on so I was driving around for those 2 months without an oil cap on my engine... I called Becky and she told me to bring my car in right away so they could change my oil again for free.. I also was reimbursed for a inew oil cap, I got a discount on my alignment, and I bought two new tires.. If it wasn't for Becky I wouldn't have gone back.. I'm pleased with her service and for fixing the problem...

Danny Trujillo was extremely friendly and helpful. I needed 4 new tires. He explained the various options available. The tires were installed quickly, and my oil was changed at the same time.

I needed new tire on the front of my car. When I picked up my car, the tires were on the back, with the clerk saying it was federal law that he put them on that way. I did the research afterwards, as I wasn't going to dispute it with him int he store, and found that the law is not really a "law", only a strong recommendation. I got caught in a pretty bad snow storm on m y trip, and if the tire had been on the front as I had requested, i would have felt much better. My traction light was going nuts, because I didn't have any!! I suggest that you have a form that your customers can sign that allows you to put the tires on the way they ask. Thank you.

Although the service is always great, I was disappointed to learn that I did not have a warranty on my tires.In October of 2015 I had 4 brand new tires put on my vehicle, and last week I got a flat so I took it in to have it fixed/replaced only to find out that I had to purchase a brand new tire.I assumed that I had Big O tires put on and that they were under warranty.I was never asked if I wanted Big O tires or the brand that they put on, nor was I told that I needed to pay for a warranty on my tires.

It didn’t take long at all. The price was decent for all that they did and I’ve been a customer for about a year and it has always been great service. The workers are very nice and friendly!

Please understand I have been going to Big O for over 30 years, so my views are valid. I was disappointed that, unlike other Big Os, I was not given any review of my vehicle. Normally, I receive a, 'everything looks good or such & such is going to need replacing soon, and we did this etc., never asked about the differential, though I was told I should get it serviced, soon. I have Big O tires but I had to pay$79 to a rotation, which covers a year worth of rotations when I always got free rotations at the other Big O's I went too. If you just want your vehicle serviced, by all means, go here. I expect more which is why I always choose Big O, as a rule. I will be trying the other Big O, in town, even though it is not as close to me.

I am a repeat customer, I find the employees very helpful, they explain the services and are always friendly.

This is the second time I have responded to the same email. My complaint is that I was offered an alignment check. I did not see the print out of the alignment check, and I was never told how much it would cost, and never given an option of saying yes or no to the additional cost at that time. I feel that is very poor customer service and will not recommend this place to anyone.

Frequent customer, Big O team never disappoints from salesman to tire installers, the BIG O family always leaves me a satisfied customer, have my family going there.

I wan told my brakes were all good, that was a lie I know I need brakes and rotors, now I question myself if they even did my oil change?

I called ahead to check on the time it would take as I had no appointment. Spoke to Jesus who told the price and the cost for an alignment. Jesus went over tire options with me and i decided to purchase 4 new tires while having the alignment done. I was called when the project was completed, and they explained all rebates to me when I arrived to pick up the vehicle. Have used Big O in the past and decided to return because I have felt appreciated and felt confident they did a complete and thorough job.

I have a three-year warranty on the set of four tires and two tires got damaged and they are not honoring The warranty on them The damage was caused by the car not being aligned right At the same time I bought the tires I had the car aligned I've always had real bad customer service also because they don't think I know what I'm talking about when I do since I work on vehicles in auto shop
