The service personnel went above and beyond helping me find tires for my 2500 GMC. they had short notice everyone pitched in and found the proper tires for my rig and had them delivered to the store location and installed in less than 2 hours. This is the 2nd set of tires we have purchased from the Big O on El Paseo Road in Las Cruces. Even though this size tire is hard to find right now the service folks all jumped in and found exactly what we were looking for! Special thanks to Jesus! When I purchased my tires back in December I believe. I had amazing service and Daniel was very helpful at the el paseo location. It was my first time buying tires for my truck with a lift as well. I want the best tires I could get with a great price. He gave me the best recommendation he thought would fit my needs and promised me my truck would be well taken care of. He also offered me other options to purchase my tires. I ended up getting the big o tires credit card and big o tires. I have been back for an alignment previously and I had great service once again. I will definitely keep going back for more. I am very satisfied and great full for all the help you gave me. My truck looks amazing cuz of the wonderful staff and because Daniel helped me out so much.
