When I went in for service, it was quick and easy. They did a great job replacing my tire. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I. arrived a few minutes before opening and they fixed my flat tire and remounted it free of charge!

After spending 2 1/2 hours at another auto center the employees there were unable to mount a new tire on our wheel. Our visit to Big O lasted about 15 minutes. In that time we checked in, explained what we needed, an employee dismounted a wheel from our trailer, replaced the tire with a new one, balanced the tire, remounted the wheel on our trailer, put a new tire on a second wheel and balanced that tire also. We couldn't have been happier with our experience in Las Cruses. Fast, Friendly, Professional and Proficient.

I have used their services many times now and always been highly satisfied . From oil change to tired balance and rotation. They are always pretty fast too. Thanks Tommy (manager)!

Danny was awesome! He helped us out so much with our warranty on our tires while we were out of state because our 2 rear tires were flat. He spoke to a guy that didn't want to honor our warranty in Texas. He was our super hero that day! He deserves a raise! This man went above and beyond!!!

Walked in just before closing, was treated like time didn’t matter

While moving across country - my truck had 2 blow outs within a 60 mile stretch. I drove on my spare to the rest area on a Sunday evening- not knowing how am I gonna get my spare tire fixed, as well as my other flat on my truck. I ended up getting a room in town and used google to find the place that "opened" earliest, and this Big O Tires location was my destination. I expected to run into more delays, thought I would be waiting to get help, the office had not yet opened, but as they were setting up for daily business they immediately greeted me. I explained my situation, my truck has 1-1/8 inch lugs, and needed a deep socket. It takes normally about 15 mins to change a tire. When I explained what I was dealing with, the manager took action, offer to get my truck and trailer towed, and quickly gave me options I had not thought of. Instead of spending half a day, going back and forth with dealing with insurance towing coverage, and spending hours waiting for tires, this location had me back on the road in around an hour! I could not believe how courteous and caring this place was. Being from California- it's rare to feel a friendship formed in a matter of an hour, but this place has that culture it seems! I will always recommend the Big O Tires on El Paso in Las Cruces as they were stand up, straight forward, and a great place to do business with!

I had gone in for an anticipated brake job. The floor manager, Gus, determined that I could go another 30,000 miles before having the pads replaced. I really appreciate such honesty!
