Big O Tires

I was traveling from out of town and found that one of my tires was loosing air while getting ready to leave. This was at 7am and I found that Big O Tires opened at 7am and was close to my hotel. I went right over there. Tommy greeted me warmly as I walked in the door. I explained what my problem was and he immediately took my car over to one of the bays. My tire was repaired quickly and I was able to get back on the road. Thank You Tommy and crew, you made my day.

Representative (Danny) has great customer service qualities. Quick attention to customers. Overall wait time and labor was satisfactory.

I have known Becky Gomez professionally for close to twenty years. She is ethical, operates with integrity, and is an excellent communicator. The rim on one of my tires was damaged as a result of my driving over an improperly closed manhole cover. Becky was able to order a replacement rim on my older car, communicated clearly about price and estimated delivery. After an examination of the undercarriage of my car, she told me what else would need to be done and how much it would cost. From my initial call to the call I received telling me the job was complete was textbook correct. I have already told my friends about the high quality of my service experience at Big O.

Danny Trujillo did an outstanding job, very polite and respectful. He explained to me the best tires for my Jeep and the warranty they came with. Managed to find a lift kit for my Jeep when other places said they don't make them. He really went the extra mile and because of that I will be back.

My car battery died, so I arrived without an appt. The service people were very helpful, told me approximately how long it would take and the work was done within that limit. They are always very polite and helpful, I take my car to Big O for most of my vehicle needs.

The service member that I worked with was very helpful. He helped me choose between multiple tires within my budget and gave me the pros and cons of each tire. He originally told me it would be a couple hours for it to be completed (as they were really busy). However when I told him I had a commitment that I needed to make it to buy a certain time, he was able to get me moved up and completed within an hour. Service was fast and he was very helpful.
