Brought my daughters 2014 Camry in on Monday, met Chris and he educated me on how to read tire markings. I went thinking $90 dollar tires but ended up choosing tires that were almost twice that price. Why because Chris helped understand how tires are made, rated and work. A few hours later I drove kids car home happy that she was now safer on her 30 hour road trips. When I got home, I went out and checked the tires on our vacation Jeep and using the info Chris shared with me And discovered the tires where 16 years old and covered with cracks which I had never noticed before. The Jeep is a 2004 and it still had the original tires we bought it with! Of course we only drive it on vacations, but those long highway drives and my tires could have blown at any time due to their condition. Now the Jeep is at BigO, Don helped my wife out this time and we are getting KO2's installed. A little knowledge goes a long way, and great service even further. Thanks Chris and Don!

We came in with a doughnut for a tire and left 1 1/2 hrs late with four new tires at a reasonable price. We had lunch at Hometown Cafe, shopped at the Dollar Tree, picked up a few items at Smiths and returned to find our car ready to go. Alignment checked....we did not need one .Second time we have used the Big o on Boulder and liked the sevice.

Store manager, Tom Nyland was exceptionally helpful and even gave us a ride back to our rig since they had to keep the truck overnight. Additionally, he came back for us and took us to the dealership so we could pick up our truck. This was tremendously nice. Only complaint, someone drove the truck to pickup spot with dirty hands and arms. The center console was greasy and the steering wheel was greasy too. We were able to remove all with 409. They did a very good job on our breaks.
