The ladies, Linda and Isabel were friendly and very clear about my options and pricing. They explained additional needs to the car. They were thinking about my safety. Then, Isabel took me home and picked my up in my vehicle and I brought her back. That was exceptional service. Thank you.

I had a blowout on my trailer on the interstate Sat afternoon and am from out of state and needed 4 tires.to continue my trip to the Midwest. The crew at 828 Boulder Hwy in Henderson were fantastic at getting me on the road.

My invoice says store # 28903 but the service was great but they did forget to check air in my tire the sensor was on I didnt realized until I had already left .

Explained everything and showed me what needed to be done and took care of it for me

Not only did I get a super price on the 6 tires I purchased for my RV. After a 200 mile trip to Arizona the left passenger tire went flat. I saved my receipt and took the tlat into Big 5 they promptly repaired it (NO CHARGE)"� turns out it was the value core stem and the tire was still great

Needed tires oil change and fluids checked on if needed. Notified that brake fluid was bad, brake fluid was changed and the text also notified me that my steering linkage needed worked on. We take all our vehicles to this location and are very pleased with the outcome. Customer service is always great will not go anywhere else
