It was like dealing with friends, both the lady in the front and technician were just like friends make you feel welcome and appreciated being there . The tech was careful not to damage my aluminum rims. Maybe the company could have coffee available! I felt taken care of when I heft there.Thank you

Stitch and Bo were extremely helpful and friendly during my trip. Only thing I would change is easier access to my tire size although I know how it can be having to special order tires.

Employee Stitch, helped me out so much and handled my needs for my car extremely well. My car is a Volkswagen, and I understand that parts for these types of cars have to be ordered and usually not in stock. Stitch handled the ordering process in a great manner and got the parts my car needed successfully. I brought my car in to get fixed today after I got out of class, and it was handled with care. The team got it done before they closed, which is impressive. Stitch called me as soon as my car was ready to pick up, and I am satisfied. Well done.

I came in on a bad day with a flat tire and a spare that failed me. The store was pretty busy that day, but Stich in particular stood out to me. He was making sure paperwork got where it needed, made a point to explain work needed and parts removed to everyone he spoke to. You could tell it was a busy day, but never did he let that keep him from showing anyone the full story with their repair. This guy puts in the care and work that big chains like Big O will claim, but customers worry will happen when they get in the store. Stich give your company a good name and this location a good face to the customers that come here. Give him a substantial raise along with everyone else, because I know he could not be they guy up front he is without them doing good work in the back. Fantastic experience here.
