Jonathan was very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. He assisted me with a finance application in which I was able to purchase some new tires that I wouldn't have been able to otherwise. the job was done in a timely manner and I was able to get back to work

Great job they showed me what was wrong and told how long I had to be fixed and what exactly I needed

The staff here is very knowledgeable and helpful. Not only did they get my oil change done but they were able to quickly replace my battery and at a cheaper price then auto zone. I'm sad to see this location close and I hope that the staff here is able to transfer to other stores.

Thursday ,so my gut told me get these tires replaced today . So researched online, and was also recommended to check out Big O tire service. Made the phone call and I was assisted by Stitch, Who was professional, polite and knowledgeable .He was able to assist me immediately, I arrived around 12:30 PM and was easily done by 2 PM and had 2 new tires, installed and all tires were balanced, And each tire has a warranty of 3 years and roadside assistance . The the waiting room was clean and comfortable and a t.v. and magazines were available to pass the time. Thanks to at the N. Nellis, Las Vegas, NV location, for theie assistance and helping me feel safer today, driving our car.
