Big O Tires

I was at. Big O tires on March 23rd. getting an oil change . going to the end of my service. He tried to shake me down. Meaning. He tried to extort money from me. . . I'm going to the news station. This situation has not ended. It's just the beginning.

From my first call with Richard to when I arrived at the store, I had the BEST customer service!! Richard and Anothony both went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed during my two hour wait! Thanks Guys your AWESOME!!

All the oil leaked out of my car and i had to get my car towed i took it back to big o tire and the did even offer my apology or a refund for the back services they all amlost ruined my car

They are very helpful even if it doesn't involve a car issue, my phone was dying & they charged it for me while I waited.. awesome!

Took almost 2hrs for a oil change. I was told 45min to a hour. Got my windshield wipers replaced and the new ones leave streaks on the window.

Anthony and his crew at this location are awesome. Went in to get a tire repaired and they told me it wasn't repairable. I would have to buy a new tire. I told them they were only 2 yrs old and Alan said they were probably still under warranty. Went home got my paperwork and sure enough they were. Then another crew member found a nail in another tire while replacing the first one so they fixed that one as well. My truck rides 100% smoother now!! The service I received that day is the reason I bought Big O Tires!! Way to go BIG O. Thanks guys you all rock!!

Paid for 4 aspen tires. They damaged both back tires but put on a sumitomo tire and said come back for the other tires from Luis. Didn't even do the alignment I paid for and still haven't replaced our back tires

i used them last week and the service was excellent. they keep me informed of the work being performed and fixed any related problems.

i would never refer anybody to this place , i just went in to change my brakes and i ended up with a receipt of $3500. you guys did work on my car without authorization and now i have to pay for all of this or i wont have my car back or even worse i am scared you would do something to it where it would not run anymore. I am older and i feel like you took advantage of me this is not how you run a business

There very helpful. Did a good job of my car. I was very happy of what work they do.

Lee is a total lire and con man. He will quote you one price then charge you double. He will not give you the keys to your car until you pay his extortion money. He tried to high pressure me to have work done that was not pessary. When I said no he keep pushing. I am a disabled Vietnam vet. He would not listen to my complaints. I had to call the police! STAY AWAY FROM THERE!

I was treated very badly. The technician was very argumentative. He spoke to me in an inappropriate manner. He was not friendly. Also my estimate was blown way out of proportion. Because his attitude was so bad and I was treated so badly I went somewhere else. Big O Tires wanted almost $500. I went to another shop got it done for $200. I wonder if Big O Tires makes it a habbit of over charging women.

You have false advertisement and i will never do business with you again..

I had strange noise in engine- Manager evaluated and advised of problem. Stated what needed to be done- quoted fair price for work - quoted time involved with warrantee of work done.
