Big O Tires

Handed sales person my lug nut tool to get the job done, never received it back and upon calling wouldn't even check to see if they still had it, I looked completely through my truck and found nothing, and was not handed to us when we picked up the truck

I went in on a coupon for an oil change for synthetic, Chris the service manager did not pressure for sale he only recommended upgrade, told him I was on a budget and he understood didn't pressure on any other sale...was so happy with my oil change..and it was fast...Thank you Chris...

The recommendations for further service were expensive.

No issues with the service. Kind and polite.

I needed four new tires and was told the MICHELIN was the only one they had for my vehicle which I did buy. I guess I am OK w/ that since I know it is a quality tire w/ a good reputation. Just thought that was interesting for a tire store to have only one tire to meet the size requirements of my vehicle. I am a repeat customer of BIG O, and have had good service before as well as now.

this was noticed after the fact,the tires have white letters, I was not given the option of a black wall tire or a lettered wall.I did ask woody about white wall tires upon him writing the estimate.you would think he would ask weather or not i would want a lettered tire or not.if it's possible i would like to come back and get the tires flipped to the lettered side..on a wednesday morning at opening time would be great....

Maybe it's just me but I think 3 hours to get a set of tires on my truck was a bit long .
