Big O Tires

Thank you so much for your honesty. Joey was very knowledgeable and friendly. I'm in customer service myself and this guy right here is on top of the game with his customer service skills. In fact the whole store was awesome everybody at this location gets a thumbs up from me.

I went early morning got greeted right away very friendly employees. No waiting fast service.

They are very helpful even if it doesn't involve a car issue, my phone was dying & they charged it for me while I waited.. awesome!

It is really pretty simple. Just needed an oil change. I decided to go to this Big O tires for it as I stopped by a while back with a flat tire and they patched it up for me right away free of charge. I saw that they did oil changes and the pricing was reasonable, the location convenient and so I decided to come by for that service the next time I needed it. Quick and professional. I will be back I am sure.

Anthony and his crew at this location are awesome. Went in to get a tire repaired and they told me it wasn't repairable. I would have to buy a new tire. I told them they were only 2 yrs old and Alan said they were probably still under warranty. Went home got my paperwork and sure enough they were. Then another crew member found a nail in another tire while replacing the first one so they fixed that one as well. My truck rides 100% smoother now!! The service I received that day is the reason I bought Big O Tires!! Way to go BIG O. Thanks guys you all rock!!
