Was very satisfied with the whole experience at time of my service

LUIS helped me--STONE took care of me---my 1st Big O credit card was closed due to 2 inactivities [I never uses it after I bought my 4 tires in 2019]; STONE {I gave him the nickname of STONEY}; he got me set up with a new Big O credit card; he is the greatest; he is the best; excellent customer service--caring, giving; my car is in the best shape it has been in 4 a long time (1999 Chevy Suburban); I recommend him 4 a promotion & a raise in pay; he is just that good @ what he does; when I bought my 4 tires in 2019 U had a promo/promotion---buy 4 tires & receive a $100.00 Visa Gift Card; I never got 1/received 1/ nothing ever came in the mail; can someone research that 4 me???

The staff was very happy to help me. Above and beyond from the start. I appreciate all their kindness and knowledge. Thank all of you for the great job you do.

Everyone was friendly and professional. Even though the part took awhile to be delivered, the manager kept me posted and apologized.

The clerk was very friendly he talked to me about my car needs an told me what was wrong with it.i wish i could of gotten some tires when i was there very nice special going on there i will be back!

There was a young man name Stone that made me feel very welcome. I appreciated the way he took charge when it came time. Because he really had to spread himself around to get several jobs done.
