Big O Tires

Big O tires helped me with fixing my flat before the store official opening so that I could get to my 8 AM UNLV class. They did a first rate job, and had superior attitude and proficiency and competence. I am very appreciative of Bib O five star customer support, especially Luis and Robert, for helping me out this morning.

At first I was extremely upset over my experience, however once the problem was turned over to capable hands, my experience took a 180• turn. The issue was handled in a much more efficient manner and I was compensated adequately for the inconvenience I experienced.

I brought my car in for a check-up of my tires and their pressure. Once your technicians discovered the problem, they immediately showed me what the problem was. When I decided to have all tires replaced and a front end alignment, they had everything done within the estimated time. The professionalism and quality of their work has made me a customer for life.

Really good service

Our tire was irreparably damaged. They replaced the tire with a new one and we were on our way. They were nice, but seemed understaffed. Thank you for all your help!
