Team was knowledgeable of services and products.

I had a problem with my tire and rolled in for help 5 mins before closing. The technician that fixed my tire fixed my tire and explained to me the issue when he was done. He was very polite and professional even just before quitting time.

Courtesy and fast service is what they are all about. I referred a relative a week after my visit and they received verypoor service. No tire rotation or fluid check or oil change sticker. No I will not be referring anyone in the future.

I came in for the air conditioner service special. They found one minor repair to add in, only added another 20 dollars. Took a little longer than I expected but not much and was overall a very good experience.

I was quoted for my brakes an outrageous amount from another tire shop. Thanks for the honest quote!

They fix the problem in my car.

I had issues with my breaks on the way to work one morning and my husband called Big O's when they opened. We were told to bring it in right away. They took great care of our car and it was finished before the end of the day. I believe they offered what the car needed and feel confident in the work. We will definitely return for future car needs. Thank you!

Customer service was amazing along with the labor. Waiting room can use a little update and cleaning.
