There's always something >>>> I did not get a return for service sticker for my window. I figure I'll get a reminder in the mail, but I really love the window sticker.

I especially like zee the women who worked in the front office she was really knowledgeable about her job and she was super nice to me. I'm definitely coming back for more srevice.

Staff very friendly and kept me updated on work progress. No one tried to up-sell me anything, which I greatly appreciated. Work was completed a lot quicker than I expected, about 2 hours for new rims, tires and an alignment. I went to a local competitor for an oil change, with an appointment and it took about 4 hours, during which time they tried to sell me a new battery, brakes, tires and new coolant, (none of which I needed at the time. I know my truck). I will definitely bring my custom here again.

I just wanted upper management to know how wonderful Walter was. He has sense of urgency and is super transparent throughout the whole process. This is my second time coming to this particular location and I appreciated how genuine and the phenomenal customer service I received. I will definitely be coming back super fast and efficient! This place is a gem it is like the great service youd find in a very small town.... just feeling well staffed, talented, fair, honest, claimed.... Yes ...thats right Im claiming... This is my shop for service because not offen that I can claim that its mine because of the chemistry... The manager and staff were great to deal with. When I originally purchased the tires I was ripped off for work that wasn't done. Was happy to see that crew gone. Love the new crew.

The guys at the location I visited was great. Went in to change all fours, had hub caps with locks and I didn't have the key, the guys figured it out with whatever tool they had without breaking the hub caps and just for that I'm able to go where ever but Big O will be my place to go

Front desks associate was very friendly and welcoming. The mechanic who gave me my car was very friendly as well. Awesome location

From my 1st phone call with Richard, to when I arrived at the store location I had the best service! Both Richard and Anthony provied me with more than what I needed during my two hour wait. I will be back for my other two tires..!! Thanks guys!

Outstanding service

I spoke with Eric over the phone and let him I needed the battery replaced in my Dodge Charger. He let me know the price of the battery. I took my car in on Saturday 1-8-2022 Eric and his staff got me in and out in a timely manner. I was very impressed with the service I received.
