I?ve been into Midas several times needing repairs on my vehicle. Don always give great advice and seems genuinely concerned about the safety of my vehicle. I will always choose Midas in Crystal Lake for my repairs simple because of the amazing service pro

The staff is amazing I have brought my vehicle in for every oil change and service. I will be scheduling to get new tires put on this month. Associates are always kind and fair with services and pricing. Never do I take my car to the dealer for services anymore

I went in for an oil change that I’d scheduled, but needed them to look at my brakes as well because I had been hearing noises. They were flexible and allowed me to add on what I needed to fix of my car. They communicated clearly and were specific about what was needed and what could wait.

Don was friendly and welcoming. He went over everything on my vehicle thoroughly. They did what I wanted to do and did not push other services like other places do. I was in and out of there in 45 minutes. Highly recommended! Thanks guys!

Called last night when I had the problem. Dropped it off this morning. Was Called soon after with plan to repair and the price. Car repaired and I picked it up. This is a very good Midas .
