I loved that they just completed the service and didn’t try to upsell me on anything else. As a woman it’s really nerve wracking to go into auto repair shops alone for fear that they will try to tell you a million things wrong with your car. The only negative is that they didn’t tell me verbally that I have to come in after driving 50 miles to check my lug nuts or something, that was just on the receipt I received in the envelope.
