I was told that the lift points on the underside of the car appeared too rusty to use. That their is some metal, maybe the heat shield, was bent and hanging loose. The shop I regularly used did not tell me about these. My car was ready when I was told it would be.

I?m traveling and have a huge issue with my tires. They worked me in and took care of my issue. I appreciate their helpfulness dealing with the tire manufacturer and myself.
