I was there this weekend and had a great experience.

We are long term customers with 7 vehicles at this location. Recently we did a custom order and the shop managed our account in a manner that exceeded our expectations. Management, sales and the shop foreman were all a big part of our experience. They run a great shop and have managed to keep their staff over the years. I’d like to extend our appreciation for taking care of us and our vehicles.

I had this 1989 Bronco XLT towed to Travis. He kept it overnight and went through a visual diagnosis, made recommendations and didn't charge me. Travis was and is always good to me and my family members.

I have always been happy with the service provided at big O. The employees, particularly Maddie, are very helpful and great at explaining what is going on with my car. This time I made an appointment (I usually walk-in first thing in the morning), and it was quick and easy to get in for the appointment (scheduled it two days prior) and it took the amount of time I was quoted.
