Chuck Smothers did an excellent job in arranging this visit to fit in with my schedule. All the associates at the front desk were fine. About 6 of us with 8 am appointments were waiting out side when the door opened at 8. I was delightfully surprised to see 4 intake people to take care of us at once. I was the last one in and I think I only had to wait a few minutes. Nice touch.
