Big O Tires

We are always pleased with the professional service we receive from this Big O tires. They are honest and trustworthy and have excellent customer service. Tires and car repairs are always done right, thank you.

The way the service was explained was exelent. Very, very friendly. Some times getting services don out you car can be Intimidating and just a pain.. it helps so much when the attendants are not only friendly but very knowledgeable. I will not take my vehicles anywhere else.

On short notice, Chuck's team repaired one of my new tires. I am thankful.

From drop-off to pick-up things could not have been smoother. Nobody tried to oversell me, in fact, i was told that I did not need some of the things I had requested. Prices were very reasonable and customer service was amazing.

i arrived withoit an appointment and still the service was completed sooner than I expected.

My Family has been using this Big O since 2003, service has been good, honest estimates and competent work. Chuck, Mattie and Makayla are friendly and are very thorough in explaining the work and always call if there are any additional charges before proceeding with the work. I noticed a bad review recently on a certain social media site and I know no place is perfect but I find it hard to believe that this Big O didn't do everything they could to make it right. I feel very confident in referring them to anyone who needs their services.

Brought my GMC pick-up for a 1:00 appt. and the repairs were taken care of within 30 minutes. Maddie called me to let me know the truck was ready and sensor was functioning properly. I am very pleased with how this was handled
