Big O Tires

Your customer service is very terrible and very sloppy. I took my car in, no one greeted me and was not friendly at all, everyone looks sad or upset in that faciltiy which leads me to my next point i took my car in and it was a simple plug job for the tire goes to find out that your employees are lazy or just plain sloppy workers my lug nuts were loose. I found out through a break inspection from the facility All for Cars, it is embarrasing to kmow that a profession like Big O tires did this kind of a job. I will make sure that i will never enter your store.

In the past couple of months I have had multiple services done at Big O Tires. My Jeep and I are very happy and now were ready for the winter. That's exactly why I bring my automotive needs to Big O Tires. The Customer Service is Unmatched.

Went in for new brakes, long story short after three visits they are still squealing..

I was there this weekend and had a great experience.

sales associate never forewarned me that the back seat of my 2005 Camry would need to cleared out prior to the rear struts replacement. took my leather interior Camry in 4.5 hrs later I drove away. got home noticed the backseat items appeared ransacked. grease and grime on the leather seats. grease smudges on the driver side visor. dirt grease footprints on floor mat and on the backseat protective cover. this was a sloppy careless unprofessional struts replacement on my beautiful 2005 Camry. I am planning to take future repairs/ replacements to the Reno Toyota dealership. more $$$ but I will have clean car returned to me using genuine Toyota parts! extremely disappointed with Marc and Chucks big O store Mae Anne Ave Reno NV

I had this 1989 Bronco XLT towed to Travis. He kept it overnight and went through a visual diagnosis, made recommendations and didn't charge me. Travis was and is always good to me and my family members.

I've been a customer with these guys for about 10 years! Service is always excellent, they are honest, and fairly priced. They never make me feel like a dumb woman in an auto shop.I bring my vehicles in for everything from tires to washer fluid pumps, to regular scheduled maintenance.They are usually on with their time quotes, but sometimes things do happen. I just recommended a friend to them last week.

Great customer service, they so what they can to be as fast as possible even if there is a wait. Very friendly. People need to be nicer to them, when they are servicing cars.
