I went in on either Tuesday the 21st or Wednesday the 22nd and had a tire that needed to be repaired on my 2010 Lexus. The back passenger tire to be specific. I also got a wiper blade, they found a screw in the tire and my total bill for the repair was around 50 dollars. This was fine, however, after just two days the same tire was once again low. I came back to the shop Today Wednesday the 1st, and they told me I had another screw in the tire, and charged me another 25 dollars. The odds of this happening with in two days of the previous repair especially because I don't live or work near an area where I may be at more risk. So when I asked is there any way they missed that screw last time, I was dismissed. So either your team was too incompetent to find both screws the first time, or they did a poor job on the repair and wanted to make it seem like I had another screw so they just made it up. Either way all my work in the future even though I live close to your location will go elsewhere. I have five vehicles and none of the work will be done at your location. I know it's just 25 dollars, however, it is the principle of the poor service.

I use Big O for all my tire, suspension, and periodic service needs. I have three cars and find the store to be very responsive to all my needs. They treat me like a friend.

Took four tires to be installed as we left the tires pressure monitor was on , went back in they said need to be driven computer will reset . Which it did not when returning to the left cation they then proceeded to tell us chevy issue not there's , and bold face lie vie email from a mr smothers that light was on when car came in , not true and if was I would not have gotten 4 notices from on star that tire was flat so it was working when brought In . Then on sat took other car in for oil change , every new car has reset fution on oil life but wasn't done in my nearly 73$ oil change there answer we must of forgot, what you forget on tire monitor cause your fix didn't fix it and then after fact stating was on when car arrived , but invoice says different plus my four copy's of email from onstar every time tire was changed ?

I was pleased with the service on my car and also appreciated the ride back home and pick-up so I didn't have to wait while additional unexpected service was needed on my cr. The staff are all helpful and friendly, both in person and on the phone.

The mechanics need more training when you're going to get 4 new tires they should let you know that you should get a alignment tires that I bought both vehicles both wore out within months

Went to a competitor first and was told I needed $2000.00 in parts and labor before they could do an alignment. Knew there was nothing wrong with my vehicle so brought it to you. Was able to align it and said there were no issues with my vehicle. Very speedy service. Next time I'll come see you guys first.

I spent over $1,200 on tires, the tires weren't inflated to the proper ranges, the tire warning lite was engages and they failed to even notice. Once brought to their attention, they said they would inflate the tires to the proper level. 45 minutes later, the tire warning was still on. Worst tire shop ever. No customer follow through. Go to anyone but these people. Steve Stremmel

I have been using this Big O Tire for over 20 years. Mike, Travis, Mark, and company have always taken excellent care of me. Even on the rare occasion that something was not right they immediately resolved the problem. I also appreciate the fact that they are not trying to sell me something that I don't really need. They have also treated my wife and family with professionalism and respect.

Front desk staff behaved in an inappropriate manor in passing conversation. Waiting room has spiders.

We were very pleased with the service here. Front desk woman was very knowledgeable. Got a fast accurate diagnostic on my car and fixed the same day!

Went in to get my alignment done. Walked out with a $1100 bill to replace two bearings and rear drum brakes. Parts were marked up over 100% and they upgraded me to the premium drums and shoes without my permission. Called them 8-14-18 to see when my vehicle would be done, they said 6pm. So I get an uber to the shop to get my car at 5:45. Car is still in the shop, mechanics are all standing around smoking and the guy I talked to who told me my car would be ready at 6 hadn't even checked the status of the work. So I get an uber back home. That's $18 in Uber rides because the guy couldn't take 60 seconds to see when my car would be ready. Got my vehicle back 8-15-18 and what do you know the alignment is still off and now both of my cv axles are making clicking noises. Pretty odd because I just had my axles replaced less than two months ago and they were not making any noise when I dropped it off 8-14-18. Went back in to get an explanation and diagnosis and they said it was a "wheel weight rubbing". Got my car back and they said the clicking noise was gone. I took one lap around the shop and what do you know, both axles are still clicking. Went back in to tell them it's still clicking and they basically told me to get lost. There is no way both of my new cv axles magically failed after driving home less than 2 miles from the shop. One of their employees screwed something up and didn't take responsibility for it. They took no responsibility for the damage they caused to my vehicle and lied directly to my face and said the clicking sound was gone. I am extremely dissatisfied I want to talk to the owner and I want my money back. I'm a pretty reasonable guy but when it comes to my truck- the way I earn my living- and I put it in the hands of people I can only hope to trust and then they just let me down like that, man I just don't get it.

I have 3 vehicles that I bring to Big O. I would rather see your guys than the dealership. I know if there's a problem with my vehicle that your service guys will fix it or let me know I need to take it to the dealer. I appreciate their honesty when they say you need to take it to the dealer, ie: Prius battery. Service is always done on time and within what I was quoted unless they get approval first. Always good to see Travis at the desk.

Big O would not repair a tire that had a nail in it or rotate my tires because they said there was not enough tread on the tires. Each tire tread measured 4/32-5/32. I went to Les Schwab and they repaired and rotated my tires free with no questions. Les Schwab gained a customer. I have been a Big O customer for years but will never return.

When i got there we spoke with a young lady they quoted us for two tires, overpriced about $200 then Discount tires so they did match me only when i pulled out my receipt if i hadnt dont that they would have kept the price. I wasnt happy with the service. Then the guy we spoke to, im guessing he was a supervisor or manager discussed giving one of our old tires back cause it was in good condition when we went back they had tossed it, so my husband was upset bit they gave us a new one. When i picked up my car i was at the counter to pay they had a lot of papers everywhere on countertop even on the keyboards messy up front i looked to the side of me and i seen two elderly peiple and over heard the conversation and over priced them as well i felt bad for them. They were telling the lady that is really high and tge lady told them tgats how much our tires run at. I thought in my mind im glad i had my previouss receipt. After my warranty im am no longer going be attending to big O tires.
