I am disappointed. My family has taken our cars there for years. Second time ina row I'm disappointed. Fixed a flat and rotated tires- didn't check air in all tires. Air not equal or set where they all should be. Oil change requested. No tag on the windshield. I have no idea if it was really done. If you change your procedures, let the customer know. It's the little things that set you apart. If you're not going to do the little things that set you apart and make your customer service great.. I can go anywhere. They had my car for an hour and a half.. check the air in the tires. Put a sticker in the window.

We took our Lexus in for a alignment. It now pulls to the right very noticeably. They said to bring it back but we cannot do it for a couple days. We will see how this turns out. It is a dangerous situation.

I requested basic service and when I went to pick up car I was charged for the next level service. I had requested a tire rotation but was not told it would cost more. Also, staff looked at my historical profile and assumed I wanted same service. However, I selected prior service because I had a coupon. Staff member not very helpful when I expressed my concerns over lack of communication and charging more than I had requested. I am not happy with service at that location.

Big O found some additional problems with our truck and took the time to explain to me and to fix very efficiently

Took my truck in at 9am after receiving a call that morning that they could get me in and taken care of fairly quickly since they werent that busy. I left at 6pm when they closed.... a total of less than 2hrs worth of services took them 9hrs, and they didnt bother to update me unless I hounded them about the status. And even then I wasnt given clear expectations about how far behind they were. The work done was good...but the overall service was disappointing.

Up selling and poor knowledge of the alignment system as a true system. I purchased new tires 3 months ago, and was foolishly convinced to get the alignment corrected even though my old tires wore evenly and drove straight and tight. After the 2 hour wait, the store told me I needed to buy cam bolts to enable the adjustment, ok I said and moved forward. I picked my vehicle up and jumped on the road and noticed my steering wheel is now crooked when driving straight. I called the shop and told them the issue, but they didn't have time to fix it that day. No biggie I figured. I brought my wife's car for new tires the next week, and asked if they could adjust my steering wheel and again they had no time, but were happy to take my 700$ for wife's tires. My regular day off is Sunday, so I couldn't make it in to the shop on a day they were open until Monday 1/6/20. I came in with 4K on the new tires and asked them to adjust the steering issue again. I got pushback from Maddie about it bc it had been too long but she relented and agreed to adjust steering wheel and rotate tires. Quoted 1:15 wait, I walked around the shopping center for 1:30 and decided to hang in waiting room. At 1:45 Maddie calls me and I meet her at the front counter. She informs me that I need more parts to be able to adjust the steering wheel issue. Tie rod ends. And that it will cost 400$ more plus 3 hours. I ask to speak with manager. Chuck comes out and I tell him I'm frustrated that my vehicle drove straight and tight before I replaced cam bolts and now I need new tie rod ends. He gives standard customer service answers and doesn't really hear me, but it feels like I'm just a burden on his day. At this point I have already decided that I don't trust his techs or customer service and tell him I'll take care of the fix elsewhere. I'm frustrated that I've spent over 2000 here in the last few months on 2 of my vehicles and can't trust the recommendations of your shop. I'll be back to have these jokers handle my rotations until the tires are worn out and nothing else. I will also actively dissuade friends and family from visiting your business.

My issues were not about being polite or how clean the store was. The following is why I would struggle to recommend your company: 1. What was supposed to take 2 hours ended up taking 6 2. When I stopped by in the afternoon (after 4 hours) I was told I should be done soon but as we were driving away I could see my truck parked behind the building with no work being done. 3. In a rush to get my truck done by the end of the day I did not get the oil change I had requested. This is an inconvenience to me as I travel for work during the week and now have to bring my truck in again to get the requested service done. I'm not looking for anything free, but I'm new to the area and thought you should know what my experience was like

As a long time customer, I especially appreciate the reminders I get for service and the fact that if someone other than myself brings the car in, you can advise them of what level of service I prefer.

If the store does not open until 8 am, do not state that it opens at 7:30 online. When I try to open the door, and it's locked don't just look at me and ignore me.
