Big O Tires

I ordered 4 tires week prior to appointment. When I arrived they only had two at store and they were $19 more apiece than what was quoted online

I just had them replace my back brakes. They were professional and timely. That is the reason I am a returning customer.

Hi James, thanks for reaching out. I wish I could give a better review but I can't because of the following reason. I brought in our Yukon to have the TPMS sensors replaced. I brought in the four factory GM ac delco replacement sensors. The woman up front quoted me $18 per tire and $25 to relearn the system for all four tires. I verified with her that the $25 was for the whole system and she reassured me that it was. Just about $100...fair price, Discount wanted $20 per tire and that included relearning the system. I was willing to pay a little bit more. Upon checking out, the gentleman stated that he charged me a "flat rate"� to relearn the system. Wasn't sure what that meant. He then stated that it was $18 for the install and $25 to relearn EACH tire! It's literally a 20 second job for each tire with a $20 tool! That's bad. So even with this flat rate "discount"� it was still $137. This is poor business practice and because of that I will not be returning to your store and never recommend that others take their vehicles to you shop. In retrospect I should have just gone to Discount Tire and not tried out your business. This comes down to transparency and good business practice...neither of which your shop exhibited. As a business owner myself I believe it is fair to share this experience such that you fix these mistakes as you move forward.

I was expecting 10$ off the price of 63.99 for a senthytic oil. But apparently my car required more quarts so it was 80$ minus my 10$ coupon I also didn't receive a print out of inspection so maybe they don't inspect the vehicles I only recieved a print out of an estimate for new tires.

They completed the job much fast than the estimated time. Thank you as I was in a hurry.

The tires were not filled to equal pressure. The time estimates were inaccurate. You didn't end up checking my alignment due to your bad time estimates. Then they forgot to get my ODO reading so they had to call me, as I was on a call that lead to 2 or 3 more calls, because someone failed to follow a process I assume. In short Big O is a Big No for me moving forward, I will tell my friends and family to avoid the chain as well. Thanks for asking!

The day after you worked on my car, I broke down off McCarran. The radiatior job was incomplete. Now I'm taking time off of work to return and have it redone.

I had an appointment at 12:30 and brought my car in a little early (11:50 am). I figured if I got there early maybe they could start earlier, no problem if not though. I then left for about an hour and came back. Around 1:15pm I inquired about my car since I saw it sitting in another spot and thought maybe they were finished. I was then told that they just finished with my oil change but haven't started on my alignment. Normally I get my oil done at another company and it takes about 10 min. It took almost an hour to get it done at your place? I normally don't make appointments but since I was short on time I thought I would go ahead and make one but it seems that appointments really don't matter. The guy behind the counter, he had black hair and glasses, obviously doesn't think Customer service is very important as when I inquired about my car he made it seem like I was bothering him. I have been to this store in the past and have had both good and bad experiences but this time I think it sealed the deal that I will not be returning in the future and will most likely not recommend your store either. Thank you for your time.

we shop here all the time so I was totally surprise when they charged me $30 to install anfilter they had to put back anyway as rhey had removed it to show it to me.

I needed a new battery for my car. I called Exain and he got me set up over the phone. When I came in for the new battery Marc was all smiles and very helpful, while he provided me with a new battery. Big O Tires, on Mae Anne, always goes above and beyond. I also, recently referd a friend of mine to this shop and she was very pleased with the servie and professionalism that Travis provided her. Thanks for your hard work, guys.

Happy I used them a week ago I needed to replace 4 tires for my daughters truck

I took my car for an oil change and tire rotation. After my last three oil changes there has been dripping oil in my garage and driveway afterwards. I find this to be sloppy work. This never used to happen and I have been using bi O for tire and oil service for many many years always at the Mae Anne location. On this last oil change oil was not only dripping in was practically pooling in my garage. The oil techs are not taking the time to spray off and wipe down their work. Very sloppy and annoying that I have to clean up multiple drip spots after I get my car serviced.

Took my new Pirelli tires on a trip to Paso Robles, CA, and back - 12 hours driving. Managed to pick up a small (slow leak) nail. Down to 20 lbs four days after the trip. Problem found and repaired in less than an hour after I arrived in the middle of a busy day with no appointment.

Took my truck into their store to have tires mounted. Aluminum rims were gouged. Store did the right thing and sent the rims out for repairs. Rims came back better than new. I will still go back to them because they made it right.

Always come here whenever I need any service. Prices are always fair. Wait time is Decent. I've been coming here for a few years and X is a solid guy. Always pleasant to come here.
