Well before saying hi or hello I was told it was about 2 hour wait...I had no problem with that cuz I was going shopping...but I thought that was weird..

came in early for an oil change and tire rotation. Requested my windshield wipers be checked and replaced at the time of appointment due to them not clearing off the water and were just bought in December. That was not done as it was not put on the order at the time of service. Not a huge deal, but it is a bit dangerous due to the weather and I can't clear the water with each wipe.

I asked for an all points "�health check'. The day I picked up & drove the car, I found I had a dead battery. My car had to be towed to another Big O store, where the problem was resolved.

The only reason I scored less than a 5 was for confusion I experienced when replacing two of my tires and paying for an alignment. I was initially being told I would need my left rear shim replaced for $380 and that the part would need to be ordered. Later that day, I was told I didn't need it afterall. There was a mistake in the reading of the report. I was thrilled that I didn't have to pay an extra $380, but also concerned about the information provided in the past, and future that might not have really been needed. Since I'm clueless about my car repairs, I trust that the staff knows what is truly needed, and I take their recommendations seriously. Once again, I know things happen, and I'm thankful I don't need to replace the shim, but also a little concerned about the knowledge of the recommendations made.

First, I acknowledge that without an appointment you take a chance on the service turn around time. I walked in at 8:30am for an oil change and tire rotation and left at 11:15am. The first service rep couldn't find my account as he was new and didn't know the computer system. After finding my account he then had problem entering the required data. The ticket that finally printed was wrong with an amount of over $600.00. The second service rep assisted and got it corrected. Finally got the service ticket started about 9:00am and was told it would be 1.5hrs. I agreed and went to breakfast. While eating I was called by the second service rep saying my tires had marginal tread, uneven wear and I may need an alignment. So I said OK check the alignment and we'll discuss the tire wear when I got back to Big O. I returned around 10:30 am to find my truck oil change service had just started.. Once the oil change was done then I had to wait to have the alignment check. I waited until 11:00am and finally asked when the check would be done. The second service rep apologized and said it should be anytime. I had a noon appointment so decided to re-schedule the alignment check and tire review at a later time. As I stated it was my fault for not having an appointment, but I would have appreciated a more definite timeline of service when I first walked in.

the store customer service at front was excellent...the only thing that I was very disappointed about that somebody took a charm of my necklace that I forgot on the cup holder, the jewelry was not that that expensive but it did have some sentimental value....

There always seems to be a problem with my sevice visits. Most recently (wheel alignment) there was an adjusting nut that wouldn't come loose, but it didn't matter, because the alignment nos. were ok. When driving, however, the car still pulled left. Back to the shop I go and the re-rotate the tires and it seems okay. Several weeks ago I had the tires rotated and they left a shield bent causing a rattle. Back to the shop I go to get it fixed. Some months ago I bought Michelin Pilot tires another car and the shuddered and vibrated badly.Back to the shop I go to learn that the tech didn't understand the balancing equipment and had to start over. A year or two ago I had tires installed another car and the tech disabled the pressure sensor and it took several days to get the warning light off.

After finding out what your staff did for my aging and ailing mother who passed away in Feb this year I would give you higher than a 10 if I could. Your staff never stops amazing me with their kindness yet professional manner. Please hang on to them! Employees like this are difficult to find.

This is the second time that I've come in as a walk in, been quoted a turn time of 3 hours, and had the wait be over 6 hours. I 100% recognize that I waited until after the first snow to try to get winter tires. I also 100% recognize that I did not set up an appointment. I also 100% acknowledge the fact that wait times could be upwards of 7 or 8 hours (ridiculous, but I am willing to work with it). My concern is not with the length of time that it took, but the fact that I was quoted 3 hours. I checked in at 2.5hours via text message, as it was suggested that I do. I had no response for 45minutes to my text message, so I returned to the store to get an update (3.5hrs after original drop where I was quoted 3 horus). At that point I was informed that it would be another 2 hours. After 2 additional hours, I walked up to the desk to check again, and it still needed an alignment, which was going to be at least another 1/2hour since there was one car ahead of it. Again, I'd like to reiterate that it isn't the length of time that I had to wait - it was the incredibly poor communication about the length of time. I was quoted 3 hours, I was stuck waiting for 7hours. If I had been told 7hours up front, I would have figured out a car situation and ran a number of errands around town. The other thing that I have an issue with is that I was NEVER given any updates when things were off track time-wise. I had to seek out that information. This is the 2nd time that this has happened, last time I was there for 10hours. Always because I was quoted 3 hours, then updated to just an hour or two longer, and then just another hour or so... rather than just saying -- "yeah we goofed, this is going to take us all day" - my day gets dragged out in 1-2 hour increments. This is unacceptable. And - I drove away with my tires all dramatically different tire pressures. If you're going to waste my day - at least do the job right. Aside from having any warranty repairs and tire rotation services during the life of these tires, I will not be returning. I have always liked this office because of how friendly everyone is. But I won't be back. My time is worth more than this. I could have bought these same tires anywhere else around town for the same price. What is it about your service that is supposed to bring me back? And after my entire day has been wasted - absolutely no effort made to accommodate the crap service.

Unfortunately, the first guy said he'd take the coupon for the oil change and tire rotation. Then the girl at checkout didn't. What should have been Around $25 ended up at $62. Total garbage.

Brought my 2000 GMC truck to this store at 07:30 yesterday morning for oil change, tire rotation, and A/C inspection, flush, and freon refill. About 90 minutes later Nakaylah called me to say that the tire rotation and oil change were complete, and that A/C technician discovered signs of a freon leak at the "A/C High-Pressure Switch" -- which may have been the reason for the noticeable drop in cooling efficiency -- indicating replacement of the switch. Once I gave the go-ahead, that repair was accomplished relatively quickly, especially considering it's not a part they keep in stock, and all work was completed in a reasonable period of time. I appreciated receiving another phone call from Nakaylah around 10:30 saying all work was complete and that my truck was available to be picked up. For tire matters, oil changes, and even this (hopefully minor) A/C maintenance we are comfortable bringing our vehicles to this store, where we always feel well-treated. It was another successful visit, and we'll use them again in the future.
