I was told it would take 1.5 hours, it took 2.25 hours.

I have always gone with Big O tires, the customer service from the sales person was helpful and friendly. However, she informed me that they were having a special if I bought 3 tires the 4th tire was free after I had already bought 2 tires to be mounted on my horse trailer, so I was going to purchase the 3rd tire until she ran the figures. I paid $180. minus a 5 dollar discount for a total of $175. for 2 tires mounted, balanced, shop fees, tire disposal, taxes etc. for a basic tire costing $61.00 a piece. So, the 3rd tire she stated, was going to cost me $115.00, well if 2 tire cost $175.00 and you divide it in 2, shouldn't the 3rd tire cost $90.00 minus a 5% military discount for a total of $85.50 if the 4th tire is being promised as free. I declined since I felt it was a scam unfortunately.

Seems lately customer service has declined. I got the impression I was causing problems by coming in without an appointment, but they were too busy to make one when I called the day before. I had a nail in a tire and needed it fixed sooner than later? I showed up at 7:30 am and it took 1.5 hour to fix.?

Very nice shop, great employees Well versed in what was the right tire for my car

Front counter not very familiar with Tire Rack process of shipping tires to Big O. Basically saying that UPS would let me know when tires would arrive and then I could arrange to drop off my car. I knew the tires were out for delivery and just wanted to drop off my car - which I did. Incidentally, I never did hear from UPS that the tires were delivered. And I had a question about whether I had locking lug nuts on my car and the counter person basically said they may have to replace lug nuts and charge labor without having someone actually looking at the lug nuts.

Fantastic in every way.

Tires were rotated but tire pressure was not checked. All four tires were low and one was REALLY low.

The reason we keep returning to this Big O is that they are well trained, courteous, helpful and give great products and services for a great price!

'Yes,' steering stops on a Jeep Wrangler are welded, BUT it's the nut that's welded, NOT the bolt to the wheel. Telling me you can't put a washer(s) behind the steering stops while it's up on the alignment machine because it's welded is lazy, stupid or both. Third and final attempt to get decent service at this location primarily based upon 1) prices (tires, alignment, oil changes, etc), 2) technical knowledge of staff and, 3) customer service.

Being an unknowledgeable female, I can say that I have no reservations bringing my car to this Big O, even when I thought something was wrong, they checked it out and assured me all was ok. I've had many services here, and while they may seem a little on the high side of pricing (remember! I'm not too knowledgeable!) I will take my car here for as long as I can! No worries girls! And guys!

We live about 45 minutes away from the closest Big O Tires, so I really have to plan ahead to get my tires rotated ( since I purchased the tires there, my warranty requires that only Big O rotates them). I decided to save time and get my oil changed as well. The man helping us was really nice and said that he remembered me from the last time I was there (maybe because I spent 2 hours waiting for a tire rotation, while I watched other customers come and go). My kids and I decided to do some back to school shopping instead of waiting, so my car was ready when we returned 1 1/2 hours later. But as we were driving home, my tire light came on. I drove it to my former tire repair shop close to my home, and they said that the tire pressure was unbalanced. No big deal, but isn't it your business to do it right the first time?

The work itself seems OK but the tech left his greasy gloves on when moving my truck. I've been going to this store ever since they opened but will not be going back
By Mike | 9/6/2019
no problems--work completed as stated

I have been going to your store for many years getting oil changes and tires for all my cars/trucks. This last time was horribly long 2 hrs and 15 minutes. Other customers came an went while I sat there. I even watched my truck go in and removed once. At the moment it would be hard for me to return.

Great customer service ... employees are friendly and welcoming, and were quick to get me checked in.

Have taken my truck there before and service was fine. This last time "Chuck" helped me. Not the friendliest guy. Little irritated that they did not let me know the air filter needed replacing until I didn't see it on the bill and asked about it. Had fuel filter changed, oil change and transmission flush $385. Guess they didn't care enough to replace or ask me about the air filter. So now I have to go buy it and figure out where it goes. Not happy.

I got an oil change just last week and went in early in the morning, and with everything already on file it made it super easy to just drop off the keys and go get breakfast. Everything was already done by the time I came back and everything always seems to go so smooth every time I come in. Couldn't ask for anything better.
