I'VE HAD SERVICING DONE AT BIG O FOR SEVERAL YEARS. THEY WILL NEVER MAKE REPAIRS YOU DON'T NEED. I N SHORT IT'S ALWAYS BIG O AND NEVER BIG OH- OH. IT'S SERVICE DONE RIGHT EVERYTIME AND ALOT MORE THAN JUST TIRES.

Courteous, competent staff

As we were leaving on a road trip, wanted to get the oil changed and tires rotated. Was not able to get an appointment, but was told to come in and leave vehicle. Dropped vehicle off and was done within 2 hours. Happily surprised. Always friendly staff who do not try to oversell. Have been bringing our 3 vehicles here for years, or reason to change.

Transaction was so quick and smooth And my son was able to join us in SFO from Reno in a timely manner with new pair of snow chains from Big o Tires thanks to your great attendant So sorry . The associated was very helpful with explained not to me in the possibility of removing my locking lug nuts on my 1978 corvette to the point he had me send a picture of the lug nut by phone to make sure they were able to do so

Quick and easy. Told them I needed an alignment which they checked for free and said I did not need one thus saving me money.

I tried to make an appt on line. I received an email informing me there may be a conflict, and that someone from Big O would call. No one did, and when I called the day of the appt the said if I could bring my car in by 9 am they would do the work. The break was communication inside your company about who will contact the customer. My person handled the problem to my satisfaction

Mattie is my go to customer service rep. I buy about 12 tires a year on average for my small business and family personal cars. She is always polite knowledgeable and quick to help me out. I have not been to any other shop in about 15 years. Keep up the good work
