Good service, but it took slightly longer than they said it would.

Good customer service. Great technicians. Trustworthy. I have been going here for years and they are always honest with me. They don't try and take advantage or overcharge me. My car is always in better condition after I have it serviced here, so I would highly recommend. After this last visit, I did notice some grease on my steering wheel and near the driver side door. It's not a big deal but it is an oversight. Thy do free break inspections but go in early for this

Had winter tires swapped bolt on, tried to charge me for service, they were big o tires, took off the 20$ charge & charged 3.99 for tire disposal ?? I don't understand

Made an appointment for the following Tuesday, but on Saturday I had a gap in my schedule and they were able to "squeeze me in". Couple hours later the job was done. As usual, great people at that store, very helpful, accommodating, and informative.

I know that at least 2 of my tires were not rotated during my oil change which makes me greatly doubt that the rebalance of my tires (that I paid $40 bucks for) was actually done. Especially since the slight shimmy is still there that wasn't with my other set of wheels. The hood was not shut properly and could have flown up and caused a major accident if I hadn't pulled over on the freeway after noticing it. Mediocre service at best.

on the front end , Chuck was patient, knowledgeable and efficient. on the day of my visit, the staff was cordial and honest. Love my new tires.

I made an appointment to bring my truck in for an alignment and 4 new tires. they put the tires on and then advised me that they could not do the alignment as I needed ball joints upper and lower. Instead of advising me that I needed upper and lower ball joints so they could do the alignment so the new tires that they put on wouldn't get ruined they put the tires on and then advised me did I had to spend another $1,100 and repairs so they could do the alignment. In my opinion they should have warned me before they put the tires on that I needed the repairs done so they could do it the alignment so I wouldn't ruin a new set of tires. Don't feel this is the proper way to do business.

James, I got a written quote on tires for my truck and was told the tires would go on sale in 2weeks if I wanted to wait and save more which I did. When I came back a different sales agent said the quote was wrong and the tires would now cost me another $200. I am a contractor and right or wrong, when I give a written quote, I honor it. Big O in Reno does not. When I complained, the store manager gave me a discount on my oil change but refused to honor the original quote saying he can't make concessions on the tires which were Big O brand tires. I was shocked and regret that I even went ahead with the purchase. What good is a quote if the store won't honor it?? What good is a store if they won't honor their quote??

Always personable and friendly and seem to find a solution or refer you to the place that can fix it, if they can't.

I wanted to bring my car in at 9am but i was told it had to be 8;30..then i waited and they didn't start my car until 9'00 anyway. I wanted to go to kohls etc when they opened at 9 and when i left i asked when the car would be seen or completed and the two people there couldn't tell me. I was called at 9;30 to tell me it was completed. At ckout I wasn't given a very articulate accounting of what they had done until I asked about the brakes, etc.not a pleasant experience.

Service was prompt and thorough but my wife was not asked about synthetic oil and it was automatically put in at a higher price. Customers need to be asked. Also I am accustomed to the tech showing me the dipstick when done to make sure oil has been filled back to the proper level. It is a good double check. This did not happen. Just letting you know.

Great and friendly customer service as always!!!! Since moving from Truckee to Reno I lost my mechanic since he was the fleet mechanic where I worked!! The Big O Tire Gang is very honest!!!! Since being a single women with no automotive exp. Most mechanics would see me as dollar signs!!!! Not the case with Big O!! Thanks again, you are God sent!! And pricing very reasonable since I'm on a fixed income!!!!

I set an appointment online for new tires and an oil change. The online process was very convenient and user-friendly. The appointment ended up taking almost 3 hours long and they didn't even do an oil change! Yet it ended up costing $150 more than expected because of a needed alignment and the tire warranty. I'm not blaming anyone for the extra cost, it was needed, but frustrating and unexpected, especially because I now still need to get an oil change and be without my vehicle for yet another hour or two for that. I was definitely disgruntled at the end of my appointment.

I've been bringing my truck to this store since I drove it off the car lot and I will continue to do so. All of the employees ive dealt with over the years have been great, knowledgeable and friendly, but also honest and upfront about when parts need replacing rather than just pushing sales. Keep up the good work!

Had an appointment and it still took over 2 hours. In addition, service rep supposed to call me when completed but I did not get a call.
