Excellent service and friendly people.

As I walked through the door of the Big O store for my appointment, an associate who had never met me before was already out from behind the counter holding my paperwork and cheerfully greeted me by name...it was a little spooky, but it gave us both a good laugh and made for an excellent start to another very good Big O experience. I came to Big O that day to get the oil changed, the tires rotated, and the old (original) spare tire on my 17-year old GMC Sierra changed out to match the recently-installed set of 10-ply-rated Big O A/T Bigfoot M&S tires. This work was all being done ahead of a week-long camping adventure that was to include high-elevation towing and some moderate off-roading. The jobs were done while I went for breakfast at a nearby restaurant and then did some pre-trip Wal-Marting just across the street from the Big O store. And after a couple of hours, exactly as promised, that same cheerful Big O associate called to notify me that my truck was ready. I would've given 5 stars across the board on this review but when I got home I noticed on my bill that I was charged for a nitrogen fill even though I had specifically declined the extra-charge nitrogen fill and specified an air-fill instead. It's no biggie, and I am confident that Big O will reverse the erroneous charge. Otherwise, all good, as usual. Next week we'll take our other car there for its tire rotation.

There was a fast food bag from Wendy's on my floor board when I got in my car. Other than that the service was stellar!

I did get my tires rotated but I don't know if any air was p.ut in them. They look low to me. They checked the alignment but the car shimmies at 80. And I don't know if all the washer window fluids were filled. It didn't say on the print out. Otherwise I was very happy

I have never been disappointed at Big O - quality work, accurate estimates, and courteous service.

I would have given this service 5 stars if it wasnt so pricey.

Since I am such a regular it is always nice to be recognized. Although details of my last visit were not known by the gentleman that helped me, the other employees were aware. That is customer service. Now lets talk discounts ;)

We started buying tires and getting repairs here before we even lived here, when we used to visit from California. We have always been happy with the tires, service and overall attitude at this Big O store. There is no other tire outlet that can match Big O's ability to help when on the go in other parts of the country beside home. Thank You!!

I purchased 4 expensive snow tires and new windshield wipers. The service took 35 minutes longer than I was originally told. The white guard was left on the drive side wiper and I had to stop to remove it once I realized that the wiper was not working correctly. I still have not been advised of the specifics of the Goodyear warranty on the tires and have not found anything on line regarding snow tire warranty. Can you help in this regard. The tires are very nice.

The only issue with your Northwest Reno location is it is so busy and there are never enough employees so the wait can be quite long to get started.Otherwise everything including staff exceeded my expectations.

The people at Big O always have treated me fairly and honestly. They do good work and stand by it as well.

Big O's on-line schedule somewhat confusing, but the service at the store was very good. Noticed my vehicle had dirty hand prints and residue on the hood and bumper area after service.

Chuck was awesome as usual. Very friendly & helpful. He probably saved me about $300, since the dealer would have charged me double for the same job. The service was speedy. Chuck is so knowledgeable, I trust him completely with my car. All the people at this shop are very nice, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend this place to all my friends.

Well, have to make a return visit to check the balance on the winter tires just placed on last Friday. Maddie is very exceptional at her job. Always Polite and professional is her manner when dealing with customers! Main reason I return to this Big O location.
