Great service..on Saturday. Go there for all car service

I found this place an excellent place to bring your car for service. I had a front end alignment and didn't take that long. About 1 1/2 and that was reasonable. The next day, I brought my other car in for a oil change and that didn't take that long either. The service was excellent and staff who help me and kept me information on things did an excellent job too.

I must always come at busy times because it's been taking longer than usual to do a walk-in oil change. But that's my fault for not making an appointment.

I took my car to drop off the night before & they were able to get it in that night at 5:20pm. My tire rotation was completed in 20 minutes. I had great service and was in and out with ease.

There were some issues with the tires that were initially ordered for my car but the store manager, Chuck, made sure that the long process was as painless as possible. He made sure I was always taken to work on time by their courtesy vehicle and I got to the places that I needed to be while my car was in their care. Chuck made sure that all of my issues and concerns were 100% resolved before he sent me on my way and always made me feel validated in the concerns that I had. I greatly appreciated all he did for me in this lengthy process.

Even more of the employees are ramping up the customer service. It is fantastic!!

Very clean waiting room and restroom, great customer service. I keep track of the mileage of each of my 5 matching tires, and the front desk was not knowledgeable about 5-wheel rotation pattern, and apparently just guessed at which rotation pattern would be used. Upon pickup, the tech applied a different rotation pattern entirely. Next time I will have to mark the tires before dropoff, and confirm the correct rotation pattern was applied, which I should not have to do.

Awoke to a flat tire. Friend gave me a ride to work. Phoned Big O and had AAA tow to shop. Matty of Big O was awesome! Offered many options to let me pick up vehicle after they were closed - spare keys or? Found a big chunk of metal, tested tire and good, no replacement. Received a phone call (mssg) and text tire was ok, fixed and ready within a couple of hours. Thank you for over 40 years of fabulous service! Len Trout of Reno, NV.

Maddie saved the day I went in on Wednesday and they had some kind of equipment failure. I got an appt for Friday...Maddie greeted me remember me and they got the job done ..and gave me a discount...Thanks to the Whole Crew....

Best Big O in town. Customer service is everything!

Madeline and Chuck are both professional, courteous managers and provided printouts with technical info. Like most Big O stores there is a busy level of activity, but most of my concerns were addressed correctly. There is a nice waiting area well-supplied with reading and TV, plus coffee and soda machine. I bought tires and had a wide selection to choose from. I think a little more advice about the "popularity" of the size I chose (based on previous set) would have helped.

I had new tires put on and immediately after, my tire pressure light come on as well as some shaking of the steering wheel that I hadnt noticed before. I returned the vehicle about 2 weeks later (first time I could get there) and I left it to be looked at. They fixed the low tire pressure gauge and found the front brake rotors to be warped and worn (almost time for new ones). They couldnt reach me but Mark (at the front desk) knew I was on a tight time frame to get back to work so he took it upon himself to machine the rotors FOR NO CHARGE and have the vehicle ready when I arrived to pick it up. They've been great every time Ive been there.

Good job as usual; took a bit longer than I hoped but otherwise usual excellent service.

They are always friendly and profession and always have a treat ready for my dog who is always welcome :)

We were driving through from out-of-state when we had to have work done, which required us to leave our truck overnight. Chuck was extremely helpful and courteous, making sure that we had everything that we needed and a ride before he left for the night. We greatly appreciate that type of service and general kindness.
