Big O Tires

I've used Big O for my family's standard car care for years. They are reasonably priced and perform timely good service.

I use your Big O Tire store off of Maeanne Drive in Reno, Nevada and have been a customer for a few years now. Your techs have always been very courteous, professional and does their work in a timely manner. I just want to say thank you for your awesome service!!!

This visit was much improved over the last two. I scheduled an appointment and arrived 15 minutes early. I was prossessed on time although the the total time was somewhat longer than told. Check out was quick and easy.

Hard to know whether everything was done correctly -- oil change/ tire rotation -- but they're big on customer satisfaction so we have confidence in them. We bought several sets of tires there and have used their services often in the past with good results. This time, we dropped off the car in the morning, leaving them our phone number so they could call us when the car was ready, but we never heard from them. We called Big O at 5:30pm and were told we could pick up our car before 6. We went immediately to pick up our vehicle and that was that. No complaints, really, just surprised that we received no phone call when the car first became available for pick up.

Marc is always in a great mood and knows the answers to all my questions. Always professional and gets the job done right!! My new breaks work like a charm.

I needed new tires for my sons car anc a alingment along with them and they ordered the tires and got it all done with no problems in less time and got my son to his appointment and work on time. Truly great.

The last few times I have had my cars in there have not been the experience I used to get there. 3 problems - first they did not reset the maintenance needed light after an oil change, second they told me they could diagnose why a car did not pass smog and after waiting for over an hour I was told they couldn't do it, third I asked for something to be fixed while I was there for an oil change. The technician could not find the problem I mentioned and did not ask me for further information. When my truck was "ready" I tested the problem and found it still to be occurring. I demonstrated for them and they were like "wow, it didn't do that for us". Funny, because I told you exactly when the problem happened. They did jump on it and fix it right away after I showed them. I MISS Travis, his service and attention to customers is greatly missed!

The service was great. Welcoming hostess, accommodating me on a short notice, great price for the work that's been done. The issues my car had were gone, driving it felt much safer, but the breaks were weird next morning til now. Just didn't have time to revisit. Thank you!

A snow storm was coming, so the store was quite busy, so I didn't expect to be greeted at the car. The tires were installed quickly, almost an hour less than estimated. The day before, I went to several places (I had an online estimate), and the man who helped me was very knowledgeable; I was looking for all-weather tires that would handle well on snow. I'm sorry I didn't get his name, but he confirmed that the online estimate didn't include the buy 3, get 1 free offer, so he quickly reestimated. Good service, and it was almost $200 less than comparable tires from Tires Plus and the other dealer whose name I've forgotten (Discount Tires?)

Trevor took the time to not only explain my car's issues, but to show them to me. This was my first visit to Big-O, and it won't be my last. Happy Holidays to All!!
