Always friendly & accommodating.

Service was good but I had just cleaned the carpets in the van and there was a grease foot print left in the drivers floor space. Not happy with that.....

Came in for an oil change and it was recommended I get the 90K checkup. Although it was costly I was very happy they were able to accommodate the service the same day as well as take me home and pick me up. Seems like I have air conditioner fluids leaking which I didn't before, but it could have been it was just overflow. Still the best place. Thank you!

Always our go-to place for tires

I want to say the best thing you have at this location is Chuck. He is the first person I spoke with at your store last July to purchase new tires and he is the one who handled the windshield wiper issues. An employee worth keeping!

We were coming up to Reno for Hot August Nights, Thursday, August 9th, from San Jose, California and blew a trailer tire. After getting the runaround from other Tire Stores in the area"� we found Big O on Mae Anne Avenue. We called and talked to Maddie Wynn, she told us they had the Goodyear Endurance tire in stock, and she would hold one for us. When we arrived all staff members were extremely friendly. Maddie had the paperwork already started, Jorge met us at our truck and took the tire to start the process of mounting and balancing, he came inside the waiting area and advised us that weights would be needed on the outside of the rim along with being on the inside. He was concerned because the rim was shiny chrome"�we told him to proceed with the proper way of balancing. We appreciated the care and concern. All of this happened on short notice and without an appointment. This store rocks!!!! If the customer service at the Mae Anne store is a benchmark for all other Big O Tire Stores"� we will be changing tire stores for the rest of our tire needs. Thank you

I've been getting alignments here for a while. I haven't had any issues or comebacks yet! Finally got some tires too, customer loves them.

Your staff is very knowledgeable friendly and efficient

The was a rag left underneath my hood and as I was driving on the freeway the rag crept out due to the wind. I had to stop and open my hood to get the tag out. The rag itself was dirty of course and so my white car got dirty too. Also I was told it was going to take at least two hours and the two times I walked by the bay doors the 3 gentlemen that were there seemed to be talking in a huddle together laughing instead of working. I know undoubtedly they did work, but it wasn't a good thing to see from a customer perspective.

I would of rated higher since I have had no problems before. But this time I did the online quote for my tires and set up a time. I know to tell them to take off the Nitrogen because you can not take that off the quote online. I did take off the protection package and no TPMS since my model of car does not have it. I was charged for both and did not catch it when paying. I did go back and was reimbursed for TPMS but let the tire protection package slide. Before when I have gone in they go over this with you, and this time it was never brought up. I think any time you are adding protection kits or extra warranty your people need to discuss this with the customer. I do not make much money and every dollar counts.

It was good with my truck. I like hou they take care of the people who came in.thass my favorite place to go for my servers. Thanks for everything.

routine oil check and tire rotation and as always this store is amazing!

Brakes checked. Although I have a bit of a shake I was informed I had plenty of brakes left and could address the brakes when I could save up more funds :)
