Big O Tires

It would have been a 5-star review except for one thing, something to think about and keep in mind... We kept our appointment for service and tire rotation. All went well with one exception, something that has happened now on each of THREE VISITS on this car (Audi A4): apparently during removal of one of the hubcaps from the wheel by the service technician, the hubcap attachment clips that secure the hubcap to the wheel were forced and broken off. Not all the hubcaps broke, just the one. The integral hubcap clips themselves cannot be repaired, so the hubcap is now expensive, irreparable junk. I have to believe that with the exercise by the technician of greater care and a bit more patience in removing the hubcaps, I would not be faced -- for the THIRD TIME following service visits to this store with this vehicle -- with replacing yet another expensive hubcap component. No offer of accommodation has been made by the store. With the exception of that disappointment, we think that this is a good store and we hope to continue to bring our vehicles here. The customer contact representatives always seem very friendly.

I had a track day coming up the next day I had an appointment with tire pros and they wouldn't do my alignment � because my car was lowered I called around and nobody would fit me in but big o would fit me within 30 min and I brought them my full blown drift car and they didn't bat an eye even set me up with the camber I wanted this location has some good team members... will definitely be back saved my day.. thx big o ma Anne

I was very pleased with the helpful friendly service provided.

Oil Change and tire rotation service very good. However, low pressure light was on and they had to recheck tire pressure before we left. Also noted windows partially down and car unlocked when picking up at end of day.

I've been going to this store for 12+ years and now my 73 yr old mother does too. They always treat us right! Mike and Travis are the best

Unexpected auto repairs are never pleasant, but Maddie Wynn made it much less unpleasant. She explained everything thoroughly and kept us informed as we waited. She was knowledgeable and most courteous. The waiting room is clean with very comfortable seating. The work was completed is a reasonable amount of time and appears to have been done correctly and most professionally.

I came in around 11:15 am and was home by 1:00. That was fine and dandy. What I found disconcerting was the fact that of the three service folks behind desks or on computers all said, "...be right back..." or "...be right with you" and 15-20 minutes later someone showed up. Paperwork obviously takes precedent over customer service; tho one guy showed up and was taken right in to have his RV tended to...pays to know someone I guess.

Have had great service every time. I never have worry about oil dripping onto my pavers because chassis wasn't wiped clean after oil change. Always pleasant personnel.

Was charged almost $300 for a part that cost about $175 had I bought it myself. Didn't notice that there is some kind of discrepancy on my multi-page invoice until after I had come home Sat. afternoon. I will be swinging by the Mae Anne location to discuss with Chuck later today. Have spent over $1000 on my new Big O credit card in the last 2 weekends and understand that some mark-up is reasonable, your franchise is entitled to make profit and my new card is interest-free for 6 months, which I appreciate.

I have been doing business with the people of Big 0 Tire for probably 12 or 14 years, so i may be a little prejudice. Though i do buy all of my tires for all of my vehicles (four autos) from them, they also do most of my general maintenance, like my new Rack/Pinion steering, my brake work, my shocks, and occasionally they just fix those little thing that go wrong, like replacing my electronic window opener, or taking my truck door apart to replace some parts, just to name a few. I trust them, and when the job either becomes to big or outside their scope of work, they have a few real good full on mechanics that they refer me to, and those also have been good experiences. Another good thing is that they have a number of long term employees that know me by name, and that always makes the visit very comfortable.

my only complaint was that it took longer than what I was told. Was there before 10 and did not leave until after 12:30. My day was almost shot.

Salesperson "Shanna" was very friendly and professional. She definitely makes me want to purchase more tires from Big O.

I prolonged having to get my tire repaired since it had a nail in it. My car was in/out in 45 min. my coworker picked me up and dropped me back when my car was finished. all is well.

The service is always excellent. I made an appointment. All went as scheduled and my car was done quickly.
