Made an appointment to swap the wheel and tires from 1 truck to the next. Took longer than we anticipated but overall great service work and customer service from Travis and the guys. THANK YOU!

My Family has been using this Big O since 2003, service has been good, honest estimates and competent work. Chuck, Mattie and Makayla are friendly and are very thorough in explaining the work and always call if there are any additional charges before proceeding with the work. I noticed a bad review recently on a certain social media site and I know no place is perfect but I find it hard to believe that this Big O didn't do everything they could to make it right. I feel very confident in referring them to anyone who needs their services.
