I really like the service and professionalism of the crew at the Reno, Maeanne Ave. location. Chuck and all of the others are great!

I always get great service at Big O. Maddie greeted me at the desk and listened carefully to my description of my car's condition. She and the team addressed my problem and got me back on the road quickly; the Big O staff communicate well telling me what needs to be done and what work can wait until another time.

The entire process, from start to finish, was easy and quick. The employees were helpful and the service was great and timely.

Usually, I go to the location in South Reno because it is close to my house. This time, I came to this location during my lunch break because it's super close to where I work. I was worried I might have a slow leak in one of my tires and was going to drive out to Susanville in 2 days, so I wanted to have it checked. They were able to check my tire faster than it took me to finish my lunch! Great and quick service.
