They looked over my car after it was hit. They didn't try to sell me on anything extra. They helped me check my tires for free

Mattie is my go to customer service rep. I buy about 12 tires a year on average for my small business and family personal cars. She is always polite knowledgeable and quick to help me out. I have not been to any other shop in about 15 years. Keep up the good work

Maddy was very helpful and friendly while I told her what I needed done to my daughters car. She followed up throughout the day to let me know what was wrong and give me an estimate to fix it. She let me know when the car was ready the next day.

The team at Big O on Mae Anne was extremely helpful and professional. I got a great price on four new tires and installation. They did a free alignment check and called to let me know that all four wheels needed adjustment. With the new tires and alignment my vehicle is driving and turning way better than it was before the service. I am very happy with the Big O brand tires and the quality of service!
