Great customer service.

I was greeted by Maddie who was excellent in handling my request for service regarding my vehicle in for brake service. She was very professional in her contact with me and in taking care of my concerns.

I always have a good experience here. Friendly prompt service. Coffee pot is always on. Goes good with the dozen donuts that I bought for the staff

I have had 2 oil changes done on my new subaru and one tire rotation, which took a bit of time but it was a busy day/time to come in. Your staff is always polite and friendly. I was out of town for a few days and needed to get my oil changed during work so went to Jiffy Lube in bay area. Seemed ok, but within 2 days saw a noticeable oil leak. Brought to you and your guy replaced the oil pan cap (which I guess is plastic on my newer car) and a quart of oil--no charge. You've got a customer for life if you keep this up!

I always get great service at Big O. Maddie greeted me at the desk and listened carefully to my description of my car's condition. She and the team addressed my problem and got me back on the road quickly; the Big O staff communicate well telling me what needs to be done and what work can wait until another time.

I was surprised when I was told to expect 1 1/2 hours for my Lube and oil service to be completed even though I had made an appointment. I would suggest that you advise people making appointments that it could be that long so they can make other plans during that time if necessary. Otherwise everything was fine. Usual friendly staff.

This service event was very good. Made an appointment on-line but received a call to reschedule as the 10am time I selected was not available. I was told to bring my vehicle in earlier at 9am and it would be done by 12pm. This was acceptable because it need several extra services. Later I was texted requesting my approval for an additional service and was told it would be done on time. I picked it up at 12:30pm.
