I have been taking my Jeep Grand Cherokee to Big O on Mae Anne in Reno since 2013, they always have taken great care of my vehicle. This visit was for the 120K maintenance and a set of tires, I called about a month ago to discuss the service and price tires. Maddie Wynn was informative, kind and patient, very professional. When I arrived, Exain Bernabe checked me in and out when finished, also very professional, I had the team check one more item under the hood as something was not bracketed (something I noticed months prior to this visit), they located it and had it corrected within 5 minutes. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced with them!

Service was quick and good

Was recently in for a 100K mile tune up, an oil change, new battery and tire rotation. And as usual, and over the decades, I received excellent service from Chuck Smothers and Big O Tires. So thank you for consistently serving the customer with quality work and parts, and for people like Chuck who understands and values customers.

When they realized I was driving on a donut tire the customer service rep went the extra mile to get the tires I needed right away.

The staff took the time to call the tire manufacturer and get a warranty claim for me on OEM tires. The time and service I received was appreciated. I have told several folks

We love our local Big O. The people there don't recommend unneeded work, and do a complete, competent job with what IS needed. Plus, they do oil changes on VW Eurovans, which not all service centers do
