Service is always excellent

We somehow had picked up a screw in a tire. The folks at big O fixed it for free and called us when the work was completed.

You guys always take great care of all our needs we have all our trucks serviced at your store. I know most everyone at the shop on a first name basis. Madison is awesome always very helpful a great part of your team. Keep up the good work. Kevin Moore

I have always received good care care at this location. I do miss some of the old service reps and how kind and knowledgeable they were. Most of the new service reps are great.

Arrived on-time for my appointment and was told that it had been cancelled because the store did not have the tires that I ordered, 5 days earlier. I never received any notification. They did manage to get the tires and complete the job that day. Poor communications within the online. I'll still come back for any future needs, as they do top notch work.

They fixed my tire, it had 2 screws in it.

We came in to our local Big O just before 5:00 p.m. on a pouring wet Friday evening. We were helped immediately. The guys installed four new tires and new windshield wiper blades in record quick time. The service was great and friendly. We have used Big O since moving here 17 years ago. Wouldn't go to anyone else.

My tires are not a common size and BigO had them in stock. The manager was very fair with me when i got a nail in my tire and everyone at the store was easy to work with. Prices were the best in town.
