In early December, Big O replaced a missing caliper bolt from a recent brake replacement that I had received at a competitor's shop. Not only did Big O replace the bolt and give my car a thorough inspection, one of the technicians even went to several parts stores searching for just the right bolt. When I handed Exain my charge card to pay the bill, I noticed that everything they did was free of charge...now that's customer service!!

Staff were knowledageble, friendly and understanding.

They performed excellent work. Fixed my car for less than half of what your competition wanted to charge me. The money I saved will bring me back for tires next.

Manager Chuck, got me right in and my service was taken care of immediately. Chuck has helped service several of my cars over the years and his help is highly appreciated.

Visited the Mae Anne branch for a nitrogen check/fill as my summer wheels and tires had sat in storage all winter. The team refilled my tires with no questions asked without charge just like I was told when mount and balance was originally done a year ago. Thank you!!

Ivan did a tremendous job checking my brakes for an unknown squeal, and set me at ease for the rest of my journey by discovering that it was just a bit of dirt in the rotor. He was also very patient and kind in regards to all the dust from under my car that landed on the floor of the facility as he was working. Nakaylah was very prompt and thorough in checking me in, told me it might take 90-120 min since I was a walk in -- yet she had out out in 30 min. Top notch service here by some true professionals. Thanks to you both!

Made an appointment, vehicle was taken almost on time, and was returned much earlier than the expected time. Polite and punctual. Great service!!

I had to replace all 4 tires on my Subaru, the tires I needed were in stock even though they weren't Big O branded. The appointment was set and then completed in a timely manner.

Chuck went out of his way to figure out what was causing a sound that I thought was my brakes. He even offered to ride in the car to see if I could duplicate the sound. He knew I had a road trip the next day and took the time to make sure the car was running well so we wouldn't have an unexpected breakdown.

The young woman who took care of my car and enrollment was SUPER! I couldn't have asked for a more competent and attentive service technician. She kept me apprised of how things were going, what the cost of the battery would be, installed and out the door within an hour! VERY IMPRESSED by her and the teams performance!
