Everything went as promised. What impressed me was that they checked the car alignment, found that it was okay, and didn't go ahead and do some work anyway and charge me for it.

Came in without an appointment for tire rotation and was told 45 minutes. 45 minutes I drove off a happy customer. The northwest Reno store is usually where I go to have all my vehicles tires, oil, etc done. Very happy with the service.

I trust Chuck and his crew! We have become friends over the ten plus years and I seek their honest advice.

this Big O always does a good job for me gets me in fast, and gets my car completed fast, whatever I have needed to get done. I have had them do extra small services at various times. They are thorough. Their front staff treats me respectfully, and answers my questions well. Their staff remembers my name and my car! they are my "go to" service folks.

Had to go to Tire Rack to get tires but Chuck and team were great in recommending product and supporting the Experience. Appointments are slow but I have only compliments for the team and store.

I was really impressed with Maddie. She was helpful, knowledgeable, took the time to answer my questions, and got me matched up with exactly the right tires for my truck. Great service. Thank you!

I always go to this store on Mae Ann and bring friends and family.

Made an appointment for some tires that had to be ordered. The location called me and let me know that the tires did not make it and recommended another of the same brand and would have them there by my appointment time. Also called when working on the vehicle to let me know of a small issue with one of my rims. I was in and back out with in an Hour.

When one of the tires on our Tesla was damaged, Maddie took care of it quickly. She was able to order the replacement tire that afternoon and get me back on the road in a few hours. Great service.

Very courtese and friendly. Kept me inform on what they were doing.
