Big O Tires

I've been going to this location for many years and the current service is right on par with their overall professional service.

This location always provides an extremely friendly experience. Staff consistently demonstrates knowledge and kindness to customers. I’m not very knowledgeable myself and a female and I’ve never felt taken advantage of. My husband was deployed two years ago and I got a flat tire on the university campus and their customer service went above and beyond to help me get sorted out and home safely. They have demonstrated a respect and kindness to veterans and active service members that makes me want to support them even more. I have used this location for ears and will continue to as long as I live in the area.

We have been bringing our vehicles to this location since our friend sold his Big O several years back. You're convenient, but the staff is what makes it worth it even if you weren't. Your team is always friendly, professional and great at communicating. Your pricing is competitive and service is done in a reasonable amount of time. During these trying times, it appears your team is using best practices to maximize everyone's safety (as much as on can). Overall, a great experience.

They provided excellent service

New tires on our Tesla Model S which has some specific requirements for jacking, wheel removal and lug nut setting. Travis and Trevor were great and meet all of my requirements.

Great service getting me in for an oil change and tire rotation. Very quick service.

Chuck was very helpful setting up my appointment and giving me a quote via phone/email. He got me the tires I needed and leveling kit I was looking for. On the appointment day, Joseph Quezada did a great job tracking down a stripped upper ball joint stud, and figuring out that a different Big O had stripped it just a few weeks prior. Needless to say I appreciated him going the extra mile to make sure I didn't have to pay for parts and labor that a different Big O was responsible for. For that, I'll gladly give this shop another round of business in the future. Thanks again.

I was very pleased with the service I received. The individuals at the front desk were helpful and friendly when I called for an appointment, and also when I came in. My service was completed within the time-frame I was told.

I called and the item I needed was in stock, the tech I spoke to was kind enough to go out into the lot and check my car to determine what tire I needed and then was able to get this item shipped from another store the and installed the same day. I dropped my car off around noon and had a quick turnaround, I did not wait on site so it tends to take a bit longer understandably but was done within approx 4 hours. Great service

Called to schedule a tire repair but nothing available for three days. I was told to drop In the next day and they would work me in. I checked in about 9 am and my service was done by noon. I thought this was an excellent service. Thank you.
