The service was exactly what I expect from Big O. The service was exact and timely. I just rebuilt the front end of my GMC 2500HD and needed the front re-aligned. The service was professionally executed in a timely manner. Thums up to your Tech. Will continue to utilize Big O in the future!!!!

The lady who answered the phone was super friendly efficient, got my appointment made and was the one who received me when I arrived at the store. It was so easy and quick. After the alignment was done, I was explained what the service included and what was done to my car. I was encouraged to bring it back for regular checkups( I bought the 3 year service.) I was very impressed with my whole experience at Big O. MADDIE WYNN DESERVES all the thumbs up you guys got to give.

The gentleman who helped us was very friendly, patient and understanding and did all he could to help us resolve our tires issue. Loved his kind attitude. He has great customer service skills and deserves a raise! I think his name was Exain.

I was able to drop off my vehicle like I preferred. I was also able to get in the same day even though I forgot to call ahead. I found out that I would need some work done in the future which I am now able to start saving for.

Quick and easy

I called same day to see if they could get me in for an oil change and they suggested that I "walk-in." I was able to get my oil changed same day which is extremely convenient.

WAS ABLE TO WALK IN & WAS TAKEN CARE OF. I FEEL SO MUCH SAFER DRIVING THIS WINTER WITH THEIR INSPECTION.

Fantastic friendly service, from initial check in to pick up. Maddie at your Mae Anne Ave. location is wonderful - she is so knowledgeable, on top of everything, and handles it all with such ease and care, I really love her. She's one of the reasons I always look for opportunities to bring my business to the Mae Anne in Reno location of Big O. You guys ROCK!

Maddie and Nikayla are always great. They are great with answers to my questions. If they don't know the answer, they find out quickly and thoroughly. I really appreciate them and their customer service
